昨日，法国农业及食品监管部长纪尧姆·加洛一行，参访上海海上青焙坊烘焙中心，该中心免费为贫困青少年提供一年烘焙技术培训，三名优秀学员还赴法国深造。

海上青焙坊成立于2008年，是为中国贫困青少年提供全额资助以及中式或法式烘焙培训的慈善公益机构，为困难家庭17-23岁的青少年无偿提供一年的免费法式烘焙技术训练。

French Minister for Food Guillaume Garot visited Shanghai Young Bakers yesterday. The organization provides 1-year free bakery training to underprivileged youths. Three outstanding students have already been to France to further their baking skills.

Founded in 2008, SYB seeks to provide fully-sponsored French bakery training to disadvantaged Chinese youth (aged 17-23), enabling them to find qualified jobs and lead independent lives after graduation.
