Dear Shanghai Young Bakers’ supporters and Pastries’ lovers,
The SYB team has always been very excited about November, not because winter is coming or the holidays season is approaching, but because a magic moment is happening in our young bakers’ training life.
We have the pleasure to announce you that the pastries class are back since this week! This means that each student will practice baking lots of cakes and pastries!
In order not to waste those delicious cakes, we are also selling them in a monthly cake box delivery. Unlike the bread basket, the cake box is a 4 month subscription where SYB will deliver monthly a cake and a tart or mousse made by our students at a discount price (300RMB/month for Puxi, 350RMB/month for Pudong).
You can thus support our charity program and enjoy at the same time tasty cakes such as charlotte, opera or tiramisu. Celebrate your family, friends, colleagues’ birthdays or events with our students’ cake and help us to support more underprivileged Chinese youth! All proceeds will go back to our charity and are used to finance the ingredients and other training costs.

亲爱的海上青焙坊的支持者和甜点爱好者们：
青焙坊团队向来很期待11月的到来，并不是因为冬天或是假期就要来临了，而是因为11月对于年轻的烘焙师们来说是一个奇妙的时刻。
我们很高兴告诉大家，从这周起，西点课程又回来啦！这就意味着每个学生都会制作许多的蛋糕和甜点！
为了不浪费这些珍贵的蛋糕，我们同样提供了每月的“蛋糕盒子”供您选择。不同于面包篮子，“蛋糕盒子”的预定期为4个月，海上青焙坊将在每月以折扣价提供给大家由我们的学生制作的蛋糕、挞和慕斯。（浦西地区为300元/月，浦东地区为350元/月）。
你可以在支持我们的公益项目的同时，享受我们的美味蛋糕：包括夏洛特蛋糕、欧普拉蛋糕或提拉米苏。你可以为家人、朋友或是同事庆祝你们的生日，并帮助我们资助更多的贫困青年！最终收入都将用于我们的项目，负担原料和培训的成本。
