Class on yeast at Lesaffre Baking Center (TM)/乐思福理论课

On Monday June 4th ,SYB students went to the Baking Center (TM) of Lesaffre, where former SYB trainer and current Lesaffre employee Thomas Kalkhoven taught the students about yeast and bread additives.

6月4日周一,SYB学生们前往上海的乐思福烘焙中心参观他们的烘焙中心,乐思福的高老师给学生上了关于酵母和面包添加剂的理论课。

French yeast producer Lesaffre has been supporting Shanghai Young Bakers since 2009, by helping to design the bakery classes’ content and sponsoring the salaries of the three SYB trainers.

乐思福是一家酵母制造商,也是SYB的赞助商。他们赞助SYB三位老师的工资,还非常关心我们面包课程开展的情况。

Yeast being such a crucial element in French bakery, the young bakers were attentive through the whole class, and were excited to be able to know more about Lesaffre and its products.

作为SYB面包课程的酵母和面包添加剂供应者,他们为SYB的学生们提供了这次课程,经过高老师专业的讲解,学生们对于乐思福有了进一步的了解,对于酵母和面包添加剂有了清晰的认识。
