让我们从法式柠檬挞和橙子杏仁挞开始,一起享受美妙的传统法式西点!海上青焙坊将在5月21日带给你一次难忘的西点学习之旅,由专业西点老师肖金金亲自教你动手做两个柑橘挞配方,快来看看吧!

Lemon tart and Fenetra are signature French pastry. Made with a crust pastry, lemon custard filling and a fluffy meringue topping, lemon tart has a delicious flavor of lemony sweetness and creamy crust.

柠檬挞和橙子杏仁挞是法国标志性的西点。派皮酥脆,带着柠檬酱和顶上蓬松的意大利蛋白糖霜,柠檬挞带着柠檬特有的酸甜清新和诱人的奶味。 

As for Fenetra, it comes from a traditional family recipe for religious festival in Toulouse: a grandmother’s orange tart with almond and apricot.

而橙子杏仁挞则是来自法国图鲁兹的配方,一种含有杏仁和杏子的橙子挞,是祖母会在宗教节日时候特别烘焙制作的传统西点。

In this class, you can make your own tasty tarts with high-quality imported ingredients under the instruction of SYB pastry chef and go back home with your amazing work in your arms as well as the essential skills and knowledge of French pastry in your head. Share your dessert with your friends and family after a fun day of baking!

在这一堂公开课中,你会在我们专业的西点老师肖金金的指导下用高品质进口原料烘焙美味的柑橘水果挞!你会带着自己亲手制作的美味西点,也会带着学到的法式西点精髓和技能,满载而归,在一天有趣的烘焙课后和家人朋友一起分享你的成果。

Most importantly, participating in the class will directly support SYB’s charity program. All proceeds from this class and SYB’s other social enterprise activities help fund one year of training in professional French bakery skills for disadvantaged Chinese youth. With these vocational skills, SYB students are able to find stable jobs and lead independent lives after graduation.

更重要的是,参与此次课程的所有学员都将为海上青焙坊的公益项目出一份力。对外课程和SYB其他社会企业活动的收入都将用于资助海上青焙坊的慈善项目,都用于帮助SYB的慈善项目,为中国贫困青少年提供一年免费法式烘焙培训。这些青年在具备了烘焙这项技能后便有条件自立更生,养家糊口。
