Thinking about how to spend your weekend? If you don’t wish to stay home or travel to a place far away, why not explore the weekend markets that Shanghai Young Bakers will be at?

上海周末有哪些好去处？如果你不想宅在家里，又不想大费周章，那就和海上青焙坊一起去赶集吧。

This April, we will be at Jiashan Market, SEE market and Epermarket. Jiashan Market and SEE market are our regular weekend markets and we have been with them ever since five to six years ago. Epermarket is a new market for us and there would be a lot of special activities this coming Easter. Each has its own merits, but which one is your “true love”? Find out more below!

这个月，我们有嘉善老市、玫瑰坊创意集市，以及Epermarket三个集市。嘉善老市和玫瑰坊创意市集都是我们的老朋友啦，海上青焙坊与他们的关系还要追溯到五、六年前。而Epermarket是我们的新集市，这个月的复活节还有不少有意思活动。三个集市各有千秋，到底哪一个才是你的真爱呢？跟着我们一起去看看吧！

Located in the lane of South Shaanxi Road, Jiashan Market has been renovated from an old factory building into one of the most popular weekend markets in Shanghai. After passing through a few traditional alleys, you will find Jiashan market hidden inside.  

嘉善老市坐落在陕西南路上的一个小弄堂里，据说原本是一个旧厂房，经过改造后成为了现在上海最洋气的周末集市之一。穿过极具老上海气息的市井小弄，里面便是别有洞天的集市举办地了。

Last month on 4th March, we brought products baked by SYB’s students to Jiashan Market. Besides the classics like croissant, brioche and country bread, there were also popular products like pretzel and anise bread.

Known as a place with great food and wine, Jiashan Market offers not only French bakery and pastry, but also delicious steaks, handmade jam, Arabic coffee, and the list goes on! 

嘉善老市可谓是美食美酒的聚集地，除了海上青焙坊的法式面包和甜点，还有可口的牛排、家酿的果酱、阿拉比的咖啡……如果你是一个吃货的话，千万不要错过！

Bands 乐队

There may even be some live bands performing at Jiashan Market from time to time. Of course, if you wish to, we welcome you to sing a song for all of us at the market!

现场还时不时会有驻唱的乐队，当然，如果你够自信，也不妨一展歌喉。

SEE Market (social enterprise and entrepreneurs) Market 

玫瑰坊喜乐汇（SEE）公益创意市集

 

SEE Market, on the other hand, is where a variety of social enterprises and entrepreneurs are gathered. 

如果说嘉善老市是吃货聚集地，那么位于玫瑰坊的喜乐汇就是各类公益创意发烧友的集中营。你不仅可以找到像海上青焙坊这类的公益组织和团体，也有捣鼓创意产品的青年创客。

Shanghai Young Bakers 海上青焙坊 

 Last month on 11th March, SYB was at SEE Market! 

上个月的11号，海上青焙坊在玫瑰坊创意市集。

Since it was Chinese Tree Planting Day, Metro Town held a themed activity called “Let’s plant”where children had the opportunity to have some fun while gardening with their parents. They were also able to write their wishes for a better environment at the market.

上个月正值植树节，玫瑰坊还举行了“我是地球小园丁”的主题活动，小朋友和家长们一起体验了园艺的乐趣，许下了保护环境的美好愿望。

The theme for this month will be “Save the Bee” and you are invited to participate in our “Bee biscuit decorating activity”! 

 这个月，玫瑰坊将举办“拯救蜜蜂”的主题活动，届时可以到海上青焙坊参与有趣的蜜蜂翻糖饼干制作，敬请期待吧。

Epermarket

Epermarket is an online expat supermarket that organizes offline weekend markets as well. Shanghai Young Bakers will be there for their Easter market on 16th April!

Epermarket是一家进口食品网上超市，不过他们也在线下举行周末集市啦。这个月的16号是复活节，海上青焙坊也会参与到他们的复活节集市中。
