Our Team 我们的团队
SYB team is based mainly on one full-time staff joined by volunteers of different nationality, who invest their spare time to build a fully sponsored educational project in bakery training for Chinese orphans and disadvantaged youth.
Originally run by twelve French volunteers from the French Junior Economic Chamber in Shanghai, SYB's volunteer team beame international during the first and second promotion, as the project grew more mature and attracted more public attention. While most initial volunteers have left the project for job and family reasons, the team has since become more stable, by recruiting one full-time programme manager, and drawing expertise and resources from a wide range of professional staff, interns and volunteers.
