11th Jul | Almond Tiles & Caramel Nut Ice Cream for Early Summer

Good news that Shanghai Young Bakers would like to share with you: we will have a public class about how to make ice cream on July 11th! Meanwhile, we will also teach you how to make almond tiles, as crispy and perfect summer dessert!
【Caramel Nut Ice Cream】
Here’s a recipe that doesn’t require a machine, so that you can make your own ice cream at home! Summer is the best time to eat ice cream. Summer would not be summer without ice cream.

If you find the ice cream on its own to be lacking in a little something, rest assured because our recipe is made to satisfy with the addition of caramel and nuts!

SYB makes ice cream with different layers of caramel and nuts. Every piece of food has a variety of flavors. What’s more, the experienced pastry teacher, Wang Jingyi will show you how to make caramel.

Enjoy this soft and refreshing ice cream together with caramel almond nuts for a taste of summer!
【Almond Tile】

Almond Tile is a famous French dessert that got its name from its arced shape and similarities in appearance to a wafer. Almonds are added to these crispy tiles for much longer aftertaste and more nutrition. For perfect crispness and color, the timing of baking needs to be controlled very accurately.
It may look simple, but be careful, because this is a highly addictive snack.

Almond tile is great with cold drinks and coffee, and is exceptionally matching with the ice cream for this class! Mouth after mouth; enjoy sweetness in summer!
