Students visit to Bakery China 2012

On Saturday May 12th, SYB students went to visit Bakery China, the largest trade fair of its kind in the Asian region, to know more about the bakery market and meet other actors from the bakery industry.

They paid a special visit to the Lesaffre stand. French yeast producer Lesaffre has been supporting the Shanghai Young Bakers program since 2009, by providing technical assistance, funding the trainers’ salary, and providing yeast.

Grands Moulins de Paris, who provides their excellent French flour for free to the SYB training, was extremely proud to meet the students. They wished them the best in their future careers.

SYB students also visited Sinodis, who provides part of the ingredients for free to the training program. Thanks to Sinodis, students can work with high-quality imported products, and thus raise their level of professionalism.
