Shanghai Young Bakers started its own social enterprise in 2011 to utilize its expertise and resources in French bakery and pastry in order to become more financially independent.

Contact us if you would like to order a "bakers basket" or some breads, pastries and finger food for an event, if you would like to join one of our public baking classes or engage your team in a bakery teambuilding workshop, or if you need our bakery and pastry chefs' expertise to develop recipes or train your kitchen staff!

All the proceeds go to SYB’s charity program and help us train more disadvantaged youth.@
