昨日，首届莎玛美食节在浦东新区的莎玛社区举办，海上青焙坊很荣幸受邀参与。青焙坊的学生们为本次美食节售卖精心制作了各种蛋糕，包括修女泡芙、布雷斯特泡芙、马卡龙、泡芙球、柠檬挞等，蛋糕很受莎玛社区居民的欢迎。 市集一直是青焙坊筹资及扩大影响力的方式之一。美食节期间，不时有蛋糕店老板、酒店高管来到青焙坊摊位前咨询，希望我们的学员毕业后到其麾下工作。请继续关注青焙坊的网站和微博，我们下次市场见！ The first Shama Food Market was held in Pudong on March 5th and SYB was invited to attend. 海上青焙坊于昨日参与了River of Hearts（爱心之河）的志愿活动，并为所有参与活动的志愿者提供了芒果慕斯和香草夏洛特蛋糕。爱心之河旨在为富人提供捐助衣服、鞋子、床具、玩具和其他日常用品的机会。大概每四个月，爱心之河会把捐赠的物品集中起来，召集志愿者对物品进行分类。之后捐赠品将分类打包，运送到中国的偏远乡村。 青焙坊的学员们和参与爱心之河的其他志愿者一起，把市民捐出的衣物按性别、季节、年龄分类，以便分门别类运送至有需求的人群。因为青焙坊是公益组织，青焙坊的学生们可以直接带走合适的衣物。现场，学生们认真规整衣物，不时因遇到稀奇古怪的衣服而哈哈大笑。 值得一提的是，青焙坊的同学为此次参与活动的志愿者们带来了美味的蛋糕。我们带来的蛋糕很快被分食一空，只剩下桌上十个空空的蛋糕盒。 感谢志愿者们的工作，当日打包了260个包裹、193个箱子，并全部运往偏远山区。 On March 2Nd , SYB attended the volunteering activity organized by River of Hearts (ROH).
