“In life you have always to strive to be the very best and never give up doing so.” This was the message Master Baker Pascal Tepper gave to the class of Shanghai Bakers when he delivered a Master Class at their Baking Centre in the Putuo District Shanghai on Wednesday May 9th. Master Baker Tepper, who has won the highest awards in the French Baking Industry, Meilleurs Ouvrier de France (MOF), was in town as a VIP guest of the annual Bakery Fair. He made a special request to meet the students of Shanghai Bakers in order to pass on his skills to the next generation of bakers. The students were treated to a display of creativity and innovation with a mouth watering selection of breads, brioches and cakes being produced. The students valued the master class as they were able to get technical tips on baking as well as personal motivation to succeed in their chosen career.
