海上青焙坊和智行基金会搬入新办公室！
Monday, April 20th, was quite a busy day for the SYB team: we were moving out of our Xikang Road office.
4月20日，周一，海上青焙坊的工作人员特别地忙碌：我们要“搬家”啦！
As the lease for that office was coming to an end, and the development of our teams and programs were starting to outgrow our internet and space resources, together with our umbrella organization Chiheng Foundation, we decided it was time to move out and find a place more adapted to our needs.
SYB团队和项目的发展使得对网络和空间资源需求也不断增加，正巧原来西康路办公室租赁合同也即将到期到期，SYB团队与我们的管理组织智行基金会决定一同搬进一个更符合我们需求的新办公室。
The new office we found, on the corner of Changshou Road and Wuning Road, fit all our requirements but was in dire need of renovation. Luckily, Mr Jin Libin from Baisong Decoration, a recognised contractor who undertakes decoration projects of companies like Wanke and Bosch, agreed to renovate our office entirely for free! “At the age of 44, I’m very happy to get a chance to do charity for the first time in my life. It’s an honor to do my part and help disadvantaged youth get a better future,” he shared. His team worked very late for many days to make sure all the details were covered!
新办公室位于长寿路与武宁路的交界口，符合我们对办公室的所有要求，只是需要一定的装修后才能使用。好在金丽宾先生，作为百颂装饰，一家承接万科、博世等公司装修任务的装饰工程公司的代表，慷慨地提出为我们的新办公室提供免费装修！“我已经44岁了，但这是我第一次有机会切身地为公益做点什么，”金先生说，“我非常荣幸能通过这个方式帮助到中国的贫困青年。”金先生的团队在新的办公室工作的那么多天里，每天都工作到很晚，且非常尽力地照料到每个细节。

On the (rainy) day of our relocation, on April 20th, all the SYB team members came to give a hand, but not only: indeed we were very lucky to received precious help from the moving company AGS, whose general manager, Thomas Coupat generously accepted to sponsor our office relocation!
4月20日，我们终于要搬家啦！海上青焙坊的所有工作人员都到场一起打包和清理，但是当天忙碌的不止我们，还有AGS国际搬家的员工！我们十分幸运地收到了AGS国际搬家的总经理Thomas Coupat的帮助，为我们提供无偿搬家服务！
Under the supervision of Jason Shen, operation manager, the AGS team took great care of our belongings, gently but efficiently packing, dismantling, moving and setting up furniture, documents and so on.
在业务经理Jason Shen的陪同下，AGS团队快速高效地帮我们打包、运送、拆包以及安置家具、文件等等。同时，他们的工作也十分细致，小心地对待我们的所有物品。
We would like to give warm thanks to AGS for taking care of our relocation with such professionalism!Now we are all set to further pursue our mission in this new environment!
