Shanghai Young Bakers (SYB) provides a fully-sponsored premium training in traditional French bakery to Chinese orphans aged 17 to 23. 海上青焙坊(Shanghai Young Bakers, SYB)为中国17岁至23岁的孤儿提供全程赞助的一流传统法式烘焙培训。
Sponsored by Carrefour International Foundation and the French yeast producer Lesaffre, SYB answers charities’ needs as well as the skills shortage in the bakery job market, through a CSR-oriented network of partnerships with associations, corporations and schools. 海上青焙坊由家 乐福国际基金会和法国酵母制造商乐斯福公司赞助。通过与各个组织、集团和学校以建立企业社会责任为导向的伙伴网络,海上青焙坊既帮助了慈善机构,也回应了 中国烘焙市场上技师短缺的这一现状。
Launched in February 2009, SYB’s one-year training combines intensive classes in both French and Chinese bakery, with practical internships at partner companies (Carrefour, Paul, Sofitel, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, Da Marco, Mercure, Hilton...). After completing the program, the 30 students can then obtain employment opportunities in bakery chains or hotels in Shanghai and all across China. 该项目于2009年启动,向学员们提供为期一年的密集式培训,课程涵盖中国的西 点面师课程和传统法式烘焙,并辅以合作伙伴提供的实习(家乐福,保罗,索菲特大酒店,皇冠假日酒店,宏泉丽笙酒店,Da Marco餐厅,虹桥美爵酒店,希尔顿酒店等)。在培训项目结束后,30名学生可以在上海以及中国其他地方的连锁面包房或酒店中找到就 业机会。

This social innovation project is operated by a dynamic team of French, Chinese and international volunteers and will be handed over to an NGO to ensure sustainability.
