Public Baking Classes 对外烘焙课程

Our social baking classes are opened to the public and individuals who would like to learn how to make bread and professional pastries and perhaps reproduce them at home. We can also organize special classes for older children and their family, as part of their school program or a special celebration.

Our classes are focused on either bread making or pastry. They are all taught by our teachers, who have graduated from the EFBA in France. We can organize classes in either Chinese, French or English.

To ensure optimum quality and a great personalised experience, we usually limit the number of participants to 10-12 per public session.

All the proceeds are used to finance SYB’s education and operation expenses.
