Mousse is the BEST dessert in summer thanks to its light sweetness and airy texture. SYB mango coconut mousse cools down the hot summer days in Shanghai and adds enjoyment to the dinner and high tea gathering with friends and family.

In the SYB public class on June 4th, you will learn basic French pastry skills and tips to successfully make your own mousse and vanilla merringue at home under the guidance of our experienced and talented expert pastry chef Xiao Jinjin, SYB 1st patch student who graduated from a prestigious French bakery and pastry institution EFBPA.

在这一堂6月4日的SYB公开课中,你会在我们专业且经验丰富的法式西点老师肖金金的指导下,掌握基本的法式甜品技能,学会在家制作芒果慕斯和香草马琳饼干的诀窍。她是SYB第一届的学生,后来毕业于法国著名的烘焙学校EFBPA。

 

Mango coconut mousse is made with ripe mangoes and coconut cream. The mousse itself is light, creamy and airy, with a twist of coconut in flavor, it reminds of all the pleasant memories of good summer days.

芒果椰子慕斯带着香甜芒果果肉和椰子风味,本身带着奶油风味和轻盈口感的慕斯,加入了椰子的清新,让人不禁想起夏天美好的回忆。

Served with fresh mango on top, this traditional French recipe is a perfect balance between creamy and fruity taste. This mango coconut mousse is also the favorite dessert to SYB pastry chef Xiao Jinjin!

这个传统的法式甜品通常有新鲜芒果的点缀,完美平衡了水果的和奶油两种口味。芒果椰子慕斯也是我们肖金金老师最爱的甜品!

Come and learn this delicious French dessert on Saturday June 4th. You will have fun with other pastry enthusiasts from SYB community. Most importantly, by participating in the class, you will also directly support SYB’s charity program. All proceeds from this class and SYB’s other social enterprise activities help fund one year of training in professional French bakery skills for disadvantaged Chinese youth. With these vocational skills, SYB students are able to find stable jobs and lead independent lives after graduation.

Be an instrumental part of SYB’s social change while enjoying a fun day of baking!

不要犹豫,加入海上青焙坊6月4日(周六)的甜品公开课,你可以和SYB社区的烘焙爱好者们一起在享受制作甜品乐趣的同时,更重要的是,参与此次课程的所有学员都将为海上青焙坊的公益项目出一份力。对外课程和SYB其他社会企业活动的收入都将用于资助海上青焙坊的慈善项目,都用于帮助SYB的慈善项目,为中国贫困青少年提供一年免费法式烘焙培训。这些青年在具备了烘焙这项技能后便有条件自立更生,养家糊口。
