The new 8th batch of Shanghai Young Bakers students is soon ending his first semester. In January, they will take a few weeks of exams to validate their knowledge in professional bakery and pasty, and they will pay full attention to produce the best quality products.
海上青焙坊第八批学生马上就要结束他们的第一个学期啦！在一月份，我们的学生将会进行持续数周的考试，来测试他们对于专业法式面点制作的了解和掌握。因此，他们会尽最大努力，做出最好的成果。
To celebrate their talent, and give you the opportunity to taste their production, Shanghai Young Bakers propose a special Bakers Basket offer until the end of January :

1.Special price for a one-time Bakers Basket : get an assortment of student-baked products delivered to your home or office for only 200 RMB Puxi/ 250 RMB Pudong
Possible delivery dates:
January 13&14: selection of 20 breads (croissants, country breads, brioches)
January 21&22: selection of 20 breads (croissants, country breads, brioches)
January 28&29: selection of 2 big cakes or 1 big cake and 10 several individual cakes (chocolate mousse, macaron, charlotte, puff, millefeuille, apple pie)

All proceeds are used to support SYB’s charity program, which lifts marginalized youth (ages 17-23) out of poverty by providing them with free French bakery vocational training.
