Imported high-quality ingredients for the Young Bakers’ training
It has been more than 4 months that the 7th batch of Young Bakers has started their training in French bakery and pastry. As they are learning about the professional equipment and tools, they are also understanding the importance of the ingredients to bake high-quality products.
Thanks to Sinodis, our in-kind sponsor, the Young Bakers are able to learn and practice their skills with some of the best ingredients available on the market, including the “Hermès of Chocolate” Valrhona, Elle&Vire cream and cream cheese, DGF aromes, Milkana milk and Corman butter.
