The 8th batch of Young Bakers graduate with flying colours, join us and celebrate!

In July and after a very full year at SYB, the 8th batch of students will be graduating! Currently in the midst of their final French bakery and pastry examinations, the students are getting ready to start their new career: from CV training, to visit of professional bakeries, trainings on ingredients to enhance their skills, the Young Bakers are running on a very full schedule to add on to their bakery skills as many useful tools as possible. And thanks to the support of our partners and professionals of the industry, as well as our team of dedicated teachers, the Young Bakers are now equipped to enter the professional world of bakers.


On July 18th afternoon we have organized a Career Fair to help companies looking to hire qualified bakers to have the chance to present in front of and meet with the students for face-to-face interviews. From private bakery or pastry shops, international hotels or ingredients companies, the opportunities are very large for the Young Bakers to find a stable job in which they will keep developing their skills and live independent lives!


And on the evening of that same day, we invite each of you to join us and celebrate the Young Bakers’ incredible achievements of the year!


Come dressed in bright colours to show your support, we look forward to seeing you all!
