First recorded in 1404, true brioche has a long history and is believed to have sprung from a traditional Norman recipe. It is a wonderful treating since the ingredients are merely butter and eggs, boasting a paper-thin crust and a silky, tender crumb, which gives a flaky texture that almost makes it feel like pastry rather than bread.

Brioche can be declined in a large variety of shapes (small head, braid, crown,)and flavored with special ingredients (chocolate, dry fruits, almonds…).  

Don’t hesitate to sign up for the class with SYB and baking-lovers, it would be a rewarding introduction to the French bakery and lifestyle and a great chance to meet friends!

布里奥面包最早记载于1404年,被认为是由日耳曼传统菜谱改良而成,历史悠久。这种非常著名的法国面包由大量鸡蛋和黄油制成,外部带有一层薄薄的金色酥皮,内部柔软丝滑,经常让人觉得它更像是一种甜品而非面包。

布里奥种类繁多,有着不同的形状(小头,小辫子,皇冠),不同的原料都会带来意想不到的美味(巧克力,干果,杏仁等等…)

Participating in the class will also directly support SYB’s charity program. The profits from public classes and all other SYB commercial activities help fund one year of training in professional French bakery for disadvantaged Chinese youth. With these vocational skills, SYB students are able to find stable jobs and lead independent lives after graduation. 

参与此次课程的所有学员都将为海上青焙坊的公益项目出一份力。所有对外课程以及其他社会企业项目的收入都将帮助海上青焙坊为中国贫困青少年提供一年免费法式烘焙培训。这些青年在具备了烘焙这项技能后便有条件自立更生,养家糊口。
