Last month, we completed with great success our highly creative masterclass at SYB baking center with award-wining master baker Wang Li! This training was all about mastering and reinventing the hits of French bakery through advanced recipes… and providing what Chinese professional bakers need to enhance their techniques and creativity in order to innovate and make the difference on the market!

三月底,由王莉老师教授的高水准与创新融合的烘焙大师课完美落幕!鉴于中国专业的面包师需要提高技艺和创意来不断创新,并能够在市场上做出与众不同的面包,课程主要是针对一些前沿的法式烘焙产品进行馅料创新和造型重塑等等。

“Wang Li’s class was sensational!” said one of our masterclass participants. SYB had the privilege of hosting participants from all sectors of the food industry – hotels, bakeries, schools and even food companies! Everyone had a great time learning from the master baker, and hearing about her past training experience in France.

After 2 days of intensive training, all participants finally received their certificate and a baker’s kit with professional tools as a gift from SYB. On top of that, they returned home with fundamental theoretical knowledge, upgraded bakery professional skills, tons of new ideas in their minds and their arms full of fresh bakery products.

两天加强版课程的最后,每一位学员都收到了海上青焙坊颁发的结课证明。他们带着丰富的理论知识,可以升级面包店的专业技能,头脑中大量的新想法,新鲜出炉的喷香面包和海上青焙坊赠送的专业面包用具满载而归~

During this amazing journey, the inspirational Wang Li imparted participants with the art of Viennese and Danishbreads and how to bring them to the next level with trendy shapes and innovative fillings. On top of that, they were able to master and develop high-quality and unique breads, including various types of the indispensable French baguettes and soft European breads.

通过这场惊奇之旅,专业的烘焙师和对面包爱好者都从王莉老师那里学到了关于维也纳面包和丹麦面包的灵感启发、如何运用前沿的造型和创意的馅料来提升面包的层次。最重要的是,他们能够有机会提升甚至精通高水准与创意相融合的面包的制作,像是不同造型的法棍和软欧面包等。

In total, there were more than 20 high quality bakery products including unique Danish filled with raspberry chocolate brownie, special tai chi Danish, delicious orange zestbrioche and strawberry-pistachio brioche, baguette with onions and bacon…Check out their impressive masterpieces below!

两天的课程共制作了20余种高质量的面包,例如蔓越莓巧克力布朗尼馅料的独特丹麦面包、特别的太极面包、美味的橙堡蛋糕、令人眼前一亮的草莓开心果布里奥、加了创新造型的传统法棍等…快来一睹大师课上这些精彩又令人印象深刻的面包吧!
