Our Young Bakers at the China pastry cup 2019
On May 7th, our Young Bakers had the chance to attend the China Pastry Cup 2019 organized by one of our long-term partners SINODIS.
Founded in 1996 by SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy, SINODIS is now the leading distributor of imported and local food in China. With a portfolio of more than 2000 products, the subsidiary mainly distributes to hypermarket and supermarket chains, hotels, restaurants, and airlines.
For the second time the SINODIS group organized the China Pastry Cup, an 8 hours competition where 3 final teams do their best to made top quality pastries (cakes and chocolate sculptures), under one theme: the creation of Chinese beauty.
Our Young Bakers graduates were invited to serve the pastries creation plates to the jury. It was a chance for them to watch the competition and learn from the best.
