乐斯福酵母培训提高了学员们的技术技能

 

On November 7th, the Young Bakers attended their first technical training on yeast at our Training Center. Jacky Wang, technical consultant at Lesaffre Shanghai, delivered a two-hour presentation to students. The training started with a short film introducing yeast and its uses. After the introduction, Jacky Wang explained to the Young Bakers the manufacturing techniques associated with yeast and its shelf life. Students are using yeast almost every day since they began their training but had little understanding of the principles of its production and uses. They did know its leavening effect but after Jacky’s presentation, students had a better understanding of different techniques and could measure the importance of leavening agents in baking. They were really attentive and asked a lot of questions!

11月7日(星期一),学员们在烘焙中心出席了他们的第一节酵母技术培训课程。伴随着介绍酵母和其使用方法的短片,培训课程正式开始了。在介绍过后,王德志,乐斯福技术顾问,向学员们解释了与酵母和其保质期相关的生产技术。自从学员们开始了他们的训练课程后,他们几乎每天都使用酵母,但是却不是很清楚它的生产和使用原则。他们知道酵母能发酵,但是在王德志介绍过后,学生们对不同方法有了更深入的了解,并明白了在烘焙产业中发酵剂的重要性。他们十分专心的听讲,并问了许多问题!
