The first session of our professional French bakery training classes has just come to an end. All participants left the baking center on the last day with their hands full of tasty bakery products they made. Within the four-day session, they have not only learned the basics of French bakery from our experienced Chef Zhang Zhenghai, but also acquired essential knowledge of baking theories and time management.

海上青焙坊法式专业烘焙培训的初级课程圆满结束。所有学员都带着自己精心制作的面包离开了烘焙中心。在这短短四天的课程中,他们不仅师从我们的大厨张政海,学习到了法式烘焙的基础技能,同时也了解了更多烘焙理论知识和时间管理的技巧。

In March 2016, the Professional Bakery training Level 2 is directed to bakery enthusiasts with previous baking experience, who aim to increase their knowledge and to acquire advanced skills of French Bakery.

在三月举行的提高课程针对已经有较多烘焙经验,并且希望通过课程来丰富烘焙知识以及学习更多技术的学员。如果你已经参加过初级课程,那你一定不能错过这个机会来学习进阶技巧。

Course Preview 课程内容简介
-Sourdough breads, a traditional method for authentic taste

-天然酸面包:传统工艺,经典配方,正宗风味

-All about Danish: chocolate croissant, almond croissant, fruits Danish, raisin roll… 

-特色面包:多谷物面包,特色果干面包,传统黑麦面包……

-Special breads: cereals bread, special dry fruit bread, rye bread…

-甜点:香蕉包,玛芬蛋糕,玛德琳饼干

-Sweet breads: banana bread, muffin, Madeleine

-关于混酥丹麦酥皮的一切:巧克力可颂,杏仁可颂,水果丹麦,丹麦葡萄卷……

-Snacking offer: traditional French sandwiches, tartines and French toast

-法式小吃:法国传统三明治和法式面包皮萨饼,

In addition, you will also have the chance to develop your own recipe under the theoretical and practical guidance of Chef Zhang Zhenghai.

Applicants of Level 2 are required to have completed Level 1 of the professional training series or an equivalent course, in order to participate in this high-level session.

有意向参与的学员须完成初级课程或曾完成相同水平的课程才能参加专业烘焙训练营的提高课程。

Course fee for this 4-full-day course is
Level 2 – 2016/03/10 to 2016/03/13: 5500 RMB for 4 full days.
Registration for Level-2 before February 7th will be entitled to a 10% early-bird discount and the course fee will be 4950 RMB.
