烘焙世界杯:四年磨一剑 “烘焙奥斯卡”即将开幕 The World Bakery Cup 2016 is about to launch !  本文转自燕子烘焙俱乐部  烘焙世界杯   2016年烘焙世界杯即将于2月5-9日于法国巴黎拉开序幕。2月5日,所有的参赛队伍、教练以及评委将于巴黎的Cube展馆与大家正式见面。在此期间,12支来自不同国家的候选队伍将共同展开三天的精彩角逐,一场代表世界烘焙最高水准的烘焙大赛敬请期待。中国队将作为亚太地区代表之一荣耀出征!   赛事背景 创始于1992年的烘焙世界杯,由法国国家面包大师(MOF)克里斯提恩·瓦勃烈(Mr. Christian Vabret)发起,每四年举办一次。其创办的初衷是让更多烘焙师借比赛观摩不同的技术层次,并互相竞争,提高烘焙技术水平和烘焙产品的品质,赋予烘焙业国际化的文化展示,促进国际烘焙趋势的交流发展。 烘焙世界杯是烘焙业最高等级的赛事,代表着最高水准的烘焙技术与行业趋势。无数烘焙师们在这个世界舞台上大展身手,发挥其独特的烘焙才能与天赋。尽管比赛过程激烈繁复,然而所有的烘焙师都视进入此项赛事选拔为至高无上的光荣。烘焙世界杯的高质量和高水准,也让越来越多的烘焙经营者希望能借这个平台作为其展现才能与天赋的世界舞台,与其他烘焙高手切磋专业的技能。 烘焙世界杯囊括西欧、东欧、中欧、亚太、拉丁美洲、中东/非洲六个地区,是一个全球公认的、设定了行业基准的世界性烘焙比赛。同时,为给年轻人提供更多展示才华的机会,组委在团队赛之外会特别设立“烘焙希望青年”。   路易·乐斯福杯 精彩回顾 “路易·乐斯福杯”全球烘焙师大赛是烘焙世界杯的前程赛事,作为烘焙世界杯选拔系列的第一轮,分为区域选拔赛,国家选拔赛以及国际选拔赛。 在不久前结束的亚太区选拔赛中,中国队从五支候选队中脱颖而出,一举夺魁!将与排名第二的韩国队共同出征本届烘焙世界杯。在中国队的这次夺魁之旅中,乐斯福一直陪在选手身边,提供力所能及的帮助。 作为烘焙世界杯预选赛的主办方,乐斯福集团一直是烘焙业的专家,酵母行业的领导者,面包师们的良友。乐斯福一直致力于为全球优秀烘焙人才提供最大的支持,为烘焙梦想助力。9只国家队从路易·乐斯福杯国际预选赛中脱颖而出,将与上届烘焙世界杯的冠亚季军一起参加本届烘焙世界杯的竞赛。 接下来,让我们先来一睹本届烘焙世界杯参赛选手阵容。 参赛选手阵容   ♥ 亚太区:中国 韩国 ♥  中国队以总分第一名的成绩晋级烘焙世界杯,与位于第二位的韩国队作为亚太区的代表一同出征世界杯。  中国队阵容  中国队是由来自巴黎大磨坊的高级烘焙大师 Dominique Genty先生带领的烘焙精英组成的,队伍阵容包括:法棍&世界面包竞赛选手张政海、参加维也纳面包和配方丰富的面包制作竞赛的许志亮及专攻艺术面包竞赛的周斌。他们将代表中国出征,在烘焙世界杯上与各国烘焙英才一决高下。 韩国队阵容    韩国队由韩国烘焙协会副会长Sang-Gyu PARK教练带领,队伍由负责法棍&世界面包竞赛选手 Chang-Min LEE、负责维也纳面包和配方丰富的面包制作竞赛的Jong-Ho KIM及专攻艺术面包的Yong-Joo PARK组成。 ♥ 欧洲地区:法国 俄罗斯 新西兰 ♥  法国、俄罗斯和新西兰从欧洲地区众多参赛队伍中脱颖而出,晋级烘焙世界杯。  法国队阵容 最爱面包的法国自然不会缺席烘焙世界杯。在这支由 Stéphane Manach 教练带领的队伍中,Déborah
