Buy one apple Danish, support two charities!

Madaifu is a French-registered NGO which helps orphans in Gansu and northern Shaanxi. Every year they sell apples coming from orchards of these regions . The proceeds will be used to help children to stay in their villages while attending school.

This year, SYB is helping Madaifu sell those apples. We used the apples to bake apple Danish and were very glad to have Alcatel, the leader in mobile, fixed, IP and Optics technologies, buy some apple Danish for their employees .

If you want to support Madaifu and Shanghai Young Bakers, you can still buy these delicious apple pastries at the coming Xintiandi flea market on 8th and 9th of December. The address is Taicang Lu 58.

马大夫是一家法国注册的NGO，他们致力于帮助甘肃和陕西省的孤儿。每年，马大夫都会卖来自当地果园的苹果。所有所得都将用于帮助当地的孩子上学。

今年，海上青焙坊也帮助马大夫卖苹果！我们用苹果做成了苹果丹麦酥，并且很高兴能有电讯通信业的领袖阿尔卡特公司为他们的员工购买这些丹麦酥。
