When SYB was created, the project was run by a team of twelve French volunteers in Shanghai, members of JCEF, who combined their efforts and invested their free time to build a fully sponsored educational training project in bakery for Chinese orphans.

Our project is supported by our mentor, Mrs Hélène Hovasse, a senior professional in the agro-industry from the Economic French Trade Commission whois leading us thanks to her experience and know-how all along the project.
